“tienda planetaria” es un proyecto de rebranding para la tienda que está dentro del Planetario de Bogotá. Fue una propuesta para el cambio de imagen y conceptualización de la tienda, actualizando su gráfica y aplicándola a piezas físicas, que pueden ser desde intervención en la tienda, packaging y papelería, o productos que se venden allí.
Como concepto base, se partió del “Heliocentrismo”, que es la teoría base para la astronomía moderna. Tomamos los planetas desde Mercurio hasta Neptuno, cuerpos celestes como el Sol y La Luna; cada uno con su propio color. La fuente Gotham Rounded fue la base de la retícula para la construcción del isotipo y de los íconos de cada planeta, estos últimos fueron construidos en su totalidad con caracteres de esta fuente.

"tienda planetaria" is a rebranding project for the store that is inside the Bogota's Planetarium . It was a proposal to change the image and conceptualization of the store, updating its graphics and applying it on physical pieces, which can be from the intervention in the store, packaging and stationery, or products sold there.
As a base concept, it started from "Heliocentrism", which is the base theory for the modern astronomy. We take the planets from Mercury to Neptune, astronomical objects like the Sun and the Moon; each one with its own color. The Gotham Rounded font is the base of the grid for the construction of the isotype and the icons of each planet, the latter were built entirely with characters from this font.
